宁夏地区2001-2010年大肠癌患者临床特征分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of colorectal cancer in Ningxia District from the year 2001 to 2010.Methods The clinical data of 617 colorectal cancer patients admitted to this hospital from 2001 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Taking 2 years as a time bucket, the patients were grouped.The gender, onset age, damaged location, pathological type, Dukes stage were recorded.Results The rate of patient admission increased by 111.2% during the 10 years, the annual increase rate was 9.3% .The onset ratio of male to female was first on the rise, then on a declining curve taking 2005-2006 as a point of inflexion.The patients were mostly 60 years old or over.The proportion of patients with right and left colon cancer was on the rise, proportion of patients with rectum cancer on declining curve, most pathological types were moderately differentiated, Dukes stages were mostly B stage.Conclusion In Ningxia District from 2001 to 2010, the incidence of female colorectal cancer patients has increased, mostly≥60 years old; The proportion of colon cancer patients has increased, that of rectal cancer decreased; The pathological types are mostly moderately differentiated, most are mid - or advanced - term patients.关键词
