摘要
Abstract
Hypertension, rheumatic heart disease, atrial infarction, rapid atrial arrhythmia are the common causes leading to adverse atrial remodeling, followed hy expansionary atrial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Atrial enlargement is related to atrial fibrillation, heart failure and other cardiovascular events.Early remodeling of atrial cardiomyopathy is often reversible.So its early identification is very important.This paper reviews the mechanisms causing atrial cardiomyopathy and its principle of treatment.关键词
