摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the understanding of Sj(o)gren's Syndrome ( SS ) combined with Ankylosing Spondylitis ( AS ) .Methods Clinical data of 5 cases with SS combined with AS admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2012 and their telephone follow - up were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the clinical features of SS combined with AS.Results Of all the patients, 4 were female.The clinical manifestation of them combined the features of both SS and AS.All the 5 patients showed pain of peripheral joints, 3 had hyperglobulinemia, 3 had leucocyte decreasing.After being treated with DMARDs and NSAIDS, their symptoms were improved.Conclusion SS could coexist with AS, so they need to be carefully identified.关键词
