潍县萝卜肉质根木质部与韧皮部叶绿素含量的相关分析
Correlative Analysis of Chlorophyll Content between Xylem and Phloem in Weixian Radish Fleshy Roots

Abstract
Experiments were carried out to detect the contents of chlorophyll and soluble solids in Weixian radish ( Raphanus sativus L. ) fleshy roots from 42 ascensions of different resources, and correlations between various factors were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a in xylem of fleshy roots displayed distinct positive correlations with chlorophyll b, r=0.873, while no correlations was found in phloem of radish fleshy root. The contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll in phloem displayed distinct positive correlations with contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in xylem. So we can roughly estimate the color depth and limit by detecting pigment information in phloem. The contents of total chlorophyll and chlorophyll b in phloem show significant positive correlations with the contents of soluble solids in xylem. That means radish with dark green color peel usually has higher saccharinity.关键词
