Dpl蛋白和PrP蛋白与Flotillins蛋白相互作用的酵母双杂交技术分析
Determination of interaction between Flotillins protein and Dpl protein/PrP by yeast two-hybrid system

Abstract
Priori protein (PrP) and Flotillins genes were amplified by RT-PCR from bovine brain tissue, and Dopple(Dpl) gene was amplified by RT-PCR from bovine testis tissue. Then,bait vector pGBKT7-Flotillin-l/2,prey vectors pGADT7-Dopple and pGADT7-PrP were constructed, and then co-transformed into AH109 yeast cells. The recombinant plasmids were no self-activation and no toxic to the host yeast cells. The results showed that PrP and Flotillins had a interaction while Dpi and Flotillins had no interaction in yeast cells.关键词
