红松松塔多糖三氯乙酸法脱蛋白工艺的研究
Deproteinization technology of polysaccharides from Pinus koraiensis with trichloroacetic acid method

Abstract
The deproteinization - technology of polysaccharides in pine Cone from Pinus koraiensis with TCA has been studied in this paper. Based on polysaccharide retention rate and deproteinization rate as evaluating indicators, the effects of sample solution/TCA ratio, shaking time and TCA concentration were studied. The experiment conditions were optimingized by orthogonal design, and the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: sample solution/TCA ratio was 1:3 ( v/v) , shaking time was 20 min and TCA concentration was 6%. The deproteinization rate was 72.41% . This study provided the theoretical basis for the production of polysaccharide of Pinus koraiensis.关键词
