摘要

Abstract

Aim To screen the anti-prostate-tumor parts from Saxifraga stolonifera. Methods MTT assay was used to detect anti-prostate-tumor activity of each extraction. The cell ratio in the different stages of the cell cycle and apoptotic ratio of PC-3 cells were detected by flow cytometry( FCM ). Electron microscopy was used to observe the morphological features of PC-3 ap-optosis. Results Different extract fractions had certain inhibition on the proliferation of PC-3 cells. The effect was enhanced with the increase in drug concentration and time. Conclusion Ethanol extracted with ethyl acetate extract has good anti-prostate -tumor activity.
