橡皮筋固定后鼻孔气囊管在鼻内镜手术中的应用
Application of Balloon Catheter in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the curative effects of balloon catheter in endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: 207 patients were selected from January 2011 to June 2012 and assigned two groups, after the posterior naris wore obstructed by elastic firm 10 ～ 12F balloon catheter through the common meatus, the endoscopic sinus surgery in the 112 cases of patients were performed, and the curative effects wore compared with 95 patients received conventional endoscopic surgery. Results: The balloon catheter can entirely avoid a series of complications caused by nasal tissue, blood, narcotic drugs, and gauze in cavity misled into the trachea or esophagus, avoid foggy endoscopy. Conclusion: The application of balloon catheter in endoscopic sinus surgery is safer and more comfortable.关键词
