全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉在老年患者腹部手术中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To learn the application of general anesthesia combined with epidural
anesthesia for abdominal surgery in the elderly patients. Methods: Abdominal surgery in elderly
patients were randomly assigned 2 groups, using general anesthesia alone (A group) and general
anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia (B group). Results: General anesthesia combined
with epidural anesthesia group of patients with spontaneous breathing time, pull out the trachea
time and fully awake time significantly shorter than the general anesthesia group; fentanyl, propofol,
vecuronium and enflurane ether four anesthesia were maintained the amount of anesthetic
significantly less than the general anesthesia group, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion:
General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can be used as a safe and effective anesthesia in elderly patients with
abdominal surgery, good clinical valuable.关键词
