白细胞介素17在原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺中的表达及意义
The expression and significance of interleukin-17 in labial salivary glands of patients with primary Sj(o)gren′s syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of the interleukin -17 (IL-17) in the labial salivary glands oi patients with primary Sj ogren's syndrome (pSS). Methods The expression oi IL - 17 oi was assessed by using immunohistochemistric SP method and optical density values . Results There was no expression oi IL -17 in control group. In pSS group, the optical density of IL - 17 positive was 0. 210 3 ±0. 077 0, significantly higher than that in control group (0. 078 0 ± 0. 012 3, P < 0. 01). There was positive expression of IL - 17 in infiltrating lymphocytes , ductus epithelial cells and gland alveolus epithelial cells in pSS patients , which was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in IL - 17 expression between ANA positive and ANA nega -tive patients ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion IL-17 participates the local inflammatory reaction of labial salivary glands in pSS patients. There is no correlation between the expression of IL - 17 on labial salivary glands and ANA , SSA or SSB in pSS patients, suggesting that lymphocyte infiltration plays a critical role in the tissue injury in pSS .关键词
