丹参药材HPLC-DAD指纹图谱稳定性研究
Stability of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge Fingerprints by HPLC-DAD for Quality Control

Abstract
Fingerprint is considered as a credible means for identification and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been a preferable method to construct fingerprints.But its stability has been oppugned for a long time.In this study,taking Salvia miltiorrhizaBunge as a material,chromatograms were obtained under different sample preparation methods.The results showed that small changes of extraction temperature,time and solvent volume had no influence on similarities offingerprints (thecorrelation coefficient and cosine of vectorial angle of relative common peak area are all morethan 0.9).The same results were obtained when different chromatographic conditions,such as mobile phase,wavelength,flow-rate and column temperature were studied.So it was concluded that HPLC fingerprints of TCM were reproducible and stable.It was a credible method for identification and quality control of TCM.关键词
