不稳定型桡骨远端C型骨折的手术治疗
Surgical Treatment of Unstable Type C Distal Radius Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of unstable type C distal radius fracture and the curative effect. Methods: From January 2009 to September 2011, 43 cases of unstable type C distal radius fracture underwent surgery. The plans of operation were made with the help of spiral CT three - dimensional reconstruction of the wrist joint, patients took postoperative functional exercise and the curative effects were observed. Results: All 43 cases have been followed- up for an average of 9 months( ranged from 6 to 14 months). All fractures healed. The function of wrist joints according to the modified Sarmiento Gartland Werley criteria were excellent in 29 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 4 cases, and poor in 2 cases; the excellent and good rate was 86%. Conclusions: With the help of spiral CT three - dimensional reconstruction of wrist joint, developing operation scheme for unstable distal radius fracture of type C and taking regular postoperative functional exercise can achieve satisfactory effect.关键词
