摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the state of serum indexes of micro - inflammation and oxidative stress in non - dialysis patients with chronic kidney diseases (CKD). Methods: A total of 92 non - dialysis patients at different stages of renal failure(CKD 1 -5) were enrolled. The serum levels of high - sensitive C - reactive protein(hs - CRP) ,lipoprotein(a) [ LP(a)] ,superoxide dis-mutase(SOD) were detected. Results: The patients with CKD had different degrees of micro - inflammation status. Serum levels of hs - CRP and LP(a) increased with the stages of CKD, while SOD actvity reduced with the stages of CKD. There was a significantly negative correlation between hs- CRP or LP(a) and SOD activity, and a significant positive correlation was observed between SOD activity and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Conclusions: Patients with CKD had different degrees of micro - inflammation status and oxidative stress. The interactive accelerations between micro - inflammation and oxidative stress in non - dialysis patients with CKD result in accelerating decline of renal function.关键词
