Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical features of cervicitis with high - risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods: A total of 200 cases of chronic cervicitis with high - risk HPV infection were enrolled, including 40 cases in the control group who were not given any treatment, 40 cases who accepted focused ultrasound treatment, 40 cases who accepted interfer-on vaginas suppository, 40 cases who accepted the combination therapy of interferon intramuscular and interferon suppository, 40 cases who accepted the combination therapy of interferon intramuscularly and focused ultrasound. Results: The total efficiency of cervical focused ultrasound and interferon vaginas suppository treatment were 90% and 47. 5%, respectively; the HPV negative rates were 60% and 62. 5% after 6 months; the HPV negative rates were 70% and 72. 5% after 12 months. The total efficiency of the combination therapy of interferon intramuscular and interferon suppository and the combination therapy of interferon intramuscularly and focused ultrasound treatment were 60% and 97. 5%, respectively; the HPV negative rates were 70% and 77. 5% after 6 months; the HPV negative rates were 80% and 90% after 12 months. HPV negative rate in control group were 37. 5% and 65% after 6 months and 12 months, which were lower than the other treatment groups. Conclusions: The combination therapy of interferon intramuscularly and focused ultrasound has good efficacy.关键词
