卧式双轴搅拌槽的液固两相流数值分析
Numerical analysis of liquid-solid two-phase in horizontal biaxial stirred tank

Abstract
The method of liquid-solid two-phase flow of numerical simulation was used to solve homogeneous-mixture in a horizontal biaxial stirrer. FLUENT software was used to simulate velocity-distribution, pressure-distribution, turbulence intensity and the laws of particle trajectories in the non-steady-state conditions with unstructured mesh, Eulerian multiphase flow model, RNG k-e turbulence model and the discrete phase model, in order to analyze the mixing effect under different conditions and get the torque of shafts and erosion-wear rate of blades. On this basis, the variation of mixing power, mixing efficiency and erosion-wear rate of blades were analyzed. The results show that mixing power decreases with the increase of the size of particles and the concentration, and it has an approximate linear relationship with speed. Large mixing speed leads to high efficiency, the size of particles and the concentration of parti have little effect on the mixing efficiency, the wear of particles increases with the increase of the volume fraction of particles. The wear rate of blades increases firstly and then stabilizes with the increase of the size of particles.关键词
