Abstract
Edible and medicinal fungi not only have the particular relish and taste,but also have good nutrition and officinal values.They have wide prospect in research and application.The research progress of protoplast fusion of edible and medicinal fungi and genetic transformation methods were reviewed,the existing problems were analyzed,the prospect was forecasted.关键词
