Research Progress on Immunology of Freshwater Crayfish
摘要
Abstract
Based on the literatures on immunology of freshwater crayfish in recent years at home and abroad,the mechanism of phagorytosis,encapsulation,wound healing and exocytosis of freshwater crayfish' s hemocytes and physical and chemical properties,biological function,mechanism of action and application of immune factors in hemolymph,such as proPO,lectin,lysozyme,acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatease,antibacterial peptide and protease inhibitor were discussed,the research direction for immunology of freshwater crayfish was forecasted,which aimed to provide reference basis for deep study of freshwater crayfish immunity mechanism and disease prevention.关键词
