Abstract
To solve the eutrophication problem in urban landscape waters,the Hydro-circulatory Aeration and Algae Control (HAAC) technology was applied in Wuxi Lixi Park.By monitoring the water quality indexes for more than 8 months,the performance of the HAAC technology in treating the urban landscape water body was investigated.The results that CODMn,TN,NH4 +-N,and TP decreased by 28%,35.7%,49.7%,and 37% respectively.The average removal rate of Chlorophyll a was up to 40.2%.Total algae abundance declined by 56% and algal community changed from a single-specie dominant structure to a multiple-species dominant structure.The water algae blooms have been well controlled,and the ecological environment gets better apparently.The water quality meets surface water class Ⅳ standards.In conclusion,HAAC technology has shown great applicability in eutrophication treatment of an urban landscape water body as an new aquatic rehabitation technology.关键词
