Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Feed Based on aAFB1 Modified Au Electrode
摘要
Abstract
A new method for determining the AFB1 in feed was established based on aAFB1 Modified Au Electrode.[Method]The optimal conditions,calibration curve and determination of Aflatoxin B1 in feed all were got by electrochemical methods.[Result] The optimal conditions:the Au electrode should be modified by 4 ℃,8 h,the optimal value of PBS is 7.4.Under the optimized conditions,the linear range is 1.427-150.000 ng/ml,the recovery rate is from 94.44％ to 101.36％.[Conclusion] The immunoelectrochemical method has a lower detection and can be apphed to determination of AFB1 in feed successfully.关键词
