摘要

Abstract

The diet culture resources of world heritage site in Sichuan have rich connotation and distinct personality because of their long history and special regional conditions.The exploitation of diet culture resources of world heritage site as tourism component have development effectiveness,but the exploitation as tourist attractions lack specifications and culture quality.To coordinate development with protection of diet culture resources and strengthen characteristics as tourist attraction,the paper offers tourism exploitation conception,including collecting,sorting,screening diet culture resources; planning the exploitation of culture resources with reason; cultivating diet culture brand of word heritage site; actively declaring diet culture heritage; strengthening personnel training.
