Abstract
[Objective] Response surface analysis method was applied to optimize the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction conditions of Angelica sinensis,the antimicrobial activity of Angelica sinensi volatile oil was studied.[Method] Based on the single factor experiment,a three-factor-three-level experiment design was developed by Box-Benhken central composite design method.The influences of extraction temperature extraction time extraction pressure on the yeild of extraction were studied.The response surface method was employed to analyze the results of experiments.The disk diffusion method was used to detect the antimicrobial activity of Angelica sinensi volatile oil.[Result] The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 44.4 ℃,extraction time 1.48h,extraction pressure 32.37 Mpa,the extraction yield reached 2.0833%.The volatile oil of Angelica sinensis had antimicrobial activity of the tested strains,the MIC of the volatile oil was ranged 1.25 mg/ml from 5 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction condition is a stability process to obtain a higher extraction yield.The Angelica sinensis volatile oil has antimicrobial activity which could provide certain theoretical basis for the application of volatile oil.关键词
