Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the residue of Chlormequat in wheat and corn from 4 major production areas.[Method] A method for determination of Chlormequat was developed in wheat and corn by HPLC-MS/MS and the wheat and corn samples from 4 provinces were analyzed.[Result] The samples were previously extracted by methanol and determined by HPLC-MS/MS,the limit of the quantification was 0.01 mg/kg.The recoveries were from 96％ to 103％ at the levels of 0.5 to 10.0 mg/kg in wheat and 92％ to 98％ at the levels of 0.5 to 10.0 mg/kg in corn.The variation coefficient was from 2.6％ to 4.3％ in wheat and 2.0％ to 3.7％ in corn.The accuracy,precision and sensitivity of the method meet the requirements of analysis.The concentration of Chlormequat in the wheat and corn was from 4 major production areas under the LOQ of this method.[Conclusion] The paper provides a reference for supervising safety of wheat and corn in markets.关键词
