“青大一号”紫花苜蓿叶黄素提取研究
Study on the Extraction of Lutein from Medicago sativa L.cv.Qingda 1

Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to extract lutein from alfalfa effectively,[Method] Using Medicago sativa L.cv.Qingda 1 as materials,single factor extraction solvent (ratio),extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio were set up to study their effects on the extraction technology of lutein.The optimum extraction conditions of M.sativa L.cv.Qingda 1 were confirmed by using L9 (34) orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum technology conditions for extracting lutein were as follows:selecting ethanol and acetone as mixed extraction solvent,volume ratio of 2∶ 1,material-liquid ratio of 1.2∶ 50,extraction temperature of 55 ℃.Under these conditions,lutein content was 1.453 mg/L.[Conclusion] It was feasible to extract lutein from alfalfa.关键词
