摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The purpose was to study the optimal fermentation medium of Trichoderma koningii.[Method] According to viable cell count and the high performance to hydrolyze cellulose,the optimal fermentation medium of Trichoderma koningii was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.[Result] The optimal fermentation medium contained wheat bran 30 g,rice husk powder 30 g,rice husk 30 g,corn flour 0 g,soybean meal 1 g,and the rario of material and water was 1.0∶ 0.7,inoculation number was 1%.[Conclusion]The fermentation medium could be used in the production of the straw fermentation.
