摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to comprehensively identify the field characters of introduced barley tobacco varieties resources,and provide a scientific basis for varieties breeding and utilization.[Method] Taking the TN86 planting in a large scale as control,the appearance qualities and the inner chemical compositions were analyzed combining to botany properties,agronomic characters and yield traits.[Result]B49,B64,CSC220 and CSC224 have strong growth potential with unanimous shoot and mature time.Among all varieties,B64 has the most available leaves,and B49,Clayl02,CSC220 and CSC224 have similar available leaves with the control.Determination of the production showed that the average productions of B10,B151,Clayl02,B37 and B49 are higher than that of the control.Cured tobacco leaves of B37,B64,Clay102,CSC220 and CSC254 have better maturity and appearance quality with loose leaf tissue structure,stretch,bright and shiny leaves,while B10,B151,T11406 have opposite characteristics.Analysis of the chemical contents in cured leaves showed that total sugar and reducing sugar in B10 and B151 are a little higher,the ratio is not suitable.The constitution of chemical contents in B37,B64,Clayl02,CSC220,CSC224 and SCS 254 are suitable.[Conclusion] The analysis of the comprehensive characters indicate that B37,B64,Clay102 and CSC220 are better than the other varieties,B49,CSC224 and SCS254 are less than the above 4 varieties,and the left varieties are not suggested to be cultured.
