海拔高度对短葶飞蓬总黄酮含量和酶活性的影响
Effects of Altitude on the Contents of Total Flavonoids and Enzymatic Activity of Erigeron breviscapus
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study effects of altitude on total flavonoids and enzymatic activity of Erigeron breviscapus.[Method] Through studying on total flavonoid content,PAL,4CL under different altitudes in Yunnan Province,the relationship between synthetic process and altitude was discussed.[Result] Total flavonoids content and enzymatic activity of Erigeron breviscapus showed negative correlation with altitude,but the correlation degree is not high,indicating that synthetic process may be affected by other reasons.[Conclusion] Altitude has a certain effect on total flavonoid contents and enzymatic activity of Erigeron breviscapus.关键词
