产气荚膜梭菌α毒素的研究进展
Research Progress on α Toxin of Clostridium perfingens
摘要
Abstract
Clostridium perfringens is the aetiological agent of food poisoning in humans and hemorrhagic colitis,in severe cases can lead to death.α-toxin is the mainly lethal virulence factor and protective antigen of the C.perfringens type A,the investigation of the toxin will be significative at the perspective of molecular biology.The molecular biology structure and properties on the α-toxin of C.perfringens at home and abroad was introduced and the detection methods and prevention measures at home and abroad in detail were reviewed.This will be the foundation of the study of C.perfringens alpha toxin pathogenesis,as well as the prevention and treatment of animal gas gangrene,intestinal hemorrhagic disease.关键词
