女性慢性特发性荨麻疹血清脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯水平检测及意义
Analyses of serum DHEA-S and total IgE in female patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria
摘要
Abstract
The serum levels of DHEA-S were determined by radioimmunoassay and the serum total IgE was determined by sandwich ELISA in 80 patients with CIU and 20 healthy controls. The relationship between the level and the urticaria severity was compared using linear correlation. There was a significant difference in the level of the to- tal IgE and DHEA-S in two groups, and the level of the serum total IgE was higher in the patients than that in health oontrols( t=3.8 87, P <0. 01 ), and the level of serum DHEA-S in the former was lower than that in the lat-ter( t =2.431, P <0. 05 ). The serum DHEA-S was positively correlated with the disease classification, and the serum total IgE was also positively correlated with the disease classification and was negatively correlated with the level of DHEA-S, up to≥175 g/L( P <0. 05 ).关键词
