腮腺手术后患者生存质量评价及影响因素分析

Abstract
To evaluate the quality of life ( QOL ) on 45 patients with unilateral parotid gland non-malignant tumor preoperation and 6 months after surgery by university of Washington quality of life questionnaire( UW-QOL ). Compared with preoperation, the seores of emotion and anxiety in UW-QOL of 6 months postoperation were higher, but the seore of appearance was lower. Patients with comorbidity, or low-income groups, or female patients showed lower postoperative QOL. Parotid gland tumor located in deep leaf, and diameter >3 cm, and received complete parotidectomy , and postoperative facial nerve function > Ⅱ level showed lower postoperative QOL. To improve postoperative QOL in patients, the strategy includes optimizing the methods of parotidectomy, reducing postoperative complications, reinforcing the prevention and control of chronic diseases, strengthening social supports and providing necessary instructions for rehabilitation.关键词
