miR-340在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义
Expression and clinical significance of miR-340 in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
The expression of miR-340 was analyzed by in situ hybridization on 116 cases of paraffin embedding breast cancer and benign diease tissue specimens. Clinical and prognostic significance was investigated on the expression of miR-340 in patients with breast cancer. Altered expression of miR-340 was observed in archival breast cancer specimens, compared with benign breast disease specimens. And down-regulated expression of miR-340 was individually associated with lymph node metastasis, high clinical stage, and poor survival of breast cancer patients. miR-340 may play important roles in breast cancer progression, suggesting that miR-340 should be further evaluated as a novel biomarker for breast cancer metastasis and prognosis, and potentially a therapeutic target.关键词
