乳腺癌术后不同方案化疗的临床观察与预后比较

Abstract
To retrospectively analyze the toxicity and five year disease-free survival ( DFS ) and overall survival rate ( OS ) of three adjuvant chemotherapy( CEF, TEC and TE ) in 480 cases of axillary lymph node-negative breast cancer patients. The results showed that the incidence of cardiotoxicity was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) in three programs and hematologic toxicity, skin and mucous membrane injury, five-year DFS and OS had no statistical difference. Adjuvant chemotherapy of CEF regimen in low-risk breast cancer patients with axillary lymph node-negative had promising five-year DFS and OS. The chemotherapy regimen containing clitaxel did not show any advantage over other adjuvants, and increase chemotherapy toxicity.关键词
