下咽癌患者生存率的影响因素分析
Analysis of the long-term survival rates and influence factors for hypopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
The long-term survival rates and prognostic factors of 76 patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma treated by conventional radiotherapy were retrospectively reviewed. 55 patients were treated with surgery plus radiotherapy, 21 patients received radiotherapy alone, and 13 patients in whole group received the chemotherapy. The 3-,5- and 10-year overall survival rates for all patients were 48. 7% ,30. 3% , 13. 2% and 50. 9% ,30. 9% , 12. 7% for patients treated with surgery plus radiotherapy, and 33. 3% ,19. 0% ,4. 8% for patients treated with radiotherapy a-lone, respectively (χ2=5. 17, P= 0.023 ). In univariate analysis, T stage, N stage, surgery, distant metastasis and clinical stage had impact on overall survival. Multivariate analysis showed that N stage, surgery and distant metastasis were the independent prognostic factors.关键词
