新风胶囊对活动期类风湿关节炎患者凝血功能相关指标的影响
Effects of Xinfeng Capsules on Coagulation Indices in Patients with Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Xinfeng Capsules on the coagulation indices and related inflammatory indices in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Sixty RA patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n-30) and control group (n = 30) to receive Xinfeng Capsules and leflunomide, respectively, for one course of treatment. The therapeutic effects were assessed based on the changes in articular symptoms, platelet parameters, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reaction protein (CRP) , rheumatoid factors, immunoglobulin G (IgG), prothrombin time, activated partial throm-boplastin time, plasma fibrinogen (Fib), thrombin time, and plasma D-dimer (DD) after treatment. Results After treatment, both groups showed significant decreases in incidence of joint pain and joint tenderness, ESR, and CRP and IgG levels; the treatment group showed significant decreases in incidence of joint swelling, time of morning stiffness, platelet count, thrombocytocrit, mean platelet volume, and plasma Fib and DD levels and had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group in terms of these indices (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion Xinfeng Capsules can decrease platelet count and plasma Fib and DD levels, improve coagulation function, and relieve the syndrome of blood stasis obstructing the collaterals, which may be one of the important reasons why Xinfeng Capsules alleviate the articular symptoms in RA patients.关键词
