摘要

Abstract

A series of P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction polymer solar cell was fabricated with buffer layer which air-brushed from PEDOT:PSS water solution with different concentrationgs.It was found that Higher PEDOT:PSS concentration solution which used to air-brush spray deposition led to higher roughness of the buffer layer,further led to higher photon-generated carrier transporting and gathering efficiency.The short circuit current density of polymer solar cell achieved to 12.08mA/cm2 which with a buffer layer air-brushed from 66.67 % concentration of PEDOT:PSS water solution.
