摘要
Abstract
Combined with the production of shield segments with C60 concrete in the working area Line N of the cross-river tunnel project on Nanjing Weisan Road,this thesis discusses and summarizes the production technic and quality control measures on large-diameter shield segments for cross-river tunnel,based on the specific requirement of segment quality for cross-river tunnel.This thesis also puts forward the deviation of reinforced cutting and the forming precision of steel skeleton,the requirement for segment steam curing time and the rate of warming and cooling,the pouring conditions and the template temperature of concrete segments,and the testing allowable deviation of the horizontal assembly of the concrete segments,hoping to improve the precision and quality of segments at utmost.关键词
