摘要

Abstract

An α-pinene slow-release microcapsule with complex coacervation was prepared with chitosan and Arabic gum as wall materials.The optimal preparation process condition was obtained by applying a single-factor test and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the concentrations of wall material and Arabic gum were 0.2% and 3.5%,respectively,emulsifier content was 2.5%,ratio of core and wall material was 1 ∶ 1,reaction temperature was 45 ℃,pH was 4.5,time for coacervation was 60 min and stirring revolutions 770 round/min were the best preparation process conditions.Uniform spherical microcapsules had an average particle size of 5 μm.The encapsulation efficiency and drug loading were up to (51.70 ± 2.5) % and (42.11 ± 2.3) %.The microcapsule can extend releasing time of α-pinene,prolong its activity of time,thus expand its scope of application.
