Structure design on receiving coils of the wireless power transmission system

Abstract
Objective Constrained by the limited sizes,the receiving set of the wireless power transmission system was hard to supply the increasing energy.The key of this problem is to improve the space utilization rate.Methods This paper focused on the orientation stability of the receiving set and its temperature rise inside the human body.The optimal sharp of the magnetic core was determined by experiments.An equation,whose solutions were the size of the core and the turns of the wire,was built according to the geometrical relationship.Then the optimal parameters of the receiving set were acquired and the receiving set of the intestinal robot was designed.Results In the size constraints of ≤ φ10 mm × 10 mm,more than 500 mW could be provided by the receiving set and satisfied the temperature rise demand.Conclusions The symmetrical design method with size constraints was verified its effectiveness in the experiment.关键词
