小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察
Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Acupotomy Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment of knee osteoarthritis acupotomy the curative effect of related factors analysis.Methods:orthopaedic clinic patients 200,treatment of acupotomy 1-2 times,after the treatment of four to eight weeks to observe clinical curative effect.Result:the acupotomy around eight weeks after treatment,the total effective rate was 95.5％ and 94.0％,respectively,after treatment,the symptoms score than before treatment improve (P ＜0.05),relieve pain,joint swelling obviously,and improve the effect of the knee and improve the effect of the knee joint function considerations.Conclusion:Treatment of knee osteoarthritis surgeries inlesions point choose proper,operating on the premise of accurate,and can obtain good effect,it is worth clinical application.关键词
