健脾清肠法治疗127例轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎疗效的回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of Efficacy in Treatment of 127 Cases of Bowel and Spleen with Mild to Moderate Active Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:Retrospective study of patients with ulcerative colitis in recent 10 years,focus on observation of spleen and bowel treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in active treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis.Methods:A retrospective study of the subject methods with statistics taken nearly 10 years (2000.1-2011.3) in Shanghai Longhua hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,of which 127 cases are using simple spleen and bowel treatment with traditional Chinese medicine to treat mild to moderate active UC patients,observe syndrome changes before and after treatment as well as changes in colonoscopy,medicine onset time.Summary spleen bowel law rule set of square.Results:127 cases are using the spleen and intestines treatment with traditional Chinese medicine only with mild to moderate active UC,the total effective rate is 91.30％ of total UC patients.Significant improvement in patients with UC and its efficacy syndromes had a significant effect change.In particular,blood and pus on mucous most obvious symptom improvement (P ＜0.01).Onset time with traditional Chinese medicine is 2.72 ± 1.03 weeks.The recent review of results of 31 cases of colonoscopy in UC patients showed improvement.Conclusion:The spleen and bowel treatment to treat mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis is effective.关键词
