近十年中医证候的代谢组学研究进展
Research on Progress of Metabonomics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Recent Ten Years
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the research on progress of metabonomics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in recent ten years.Methods:Search the CNKI database in recent ten years and summarize its 17 literatures about metabolic application of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.Results:Metabonomics takes advantage of modem analysis technique to obtain endogenous metabolism group information thus to know the overall function of body.It has a systematic,holistic and dynamic characteristic and has similarities with TCM syndromes,thus can reveal the essence of TCM syndromes.The application of metabonomies study of TCM syndromes has made comprehensive development in recent ten years.In future studies,we should strengthen the metabonomics in clinical study of TCM syndrome,increase the sample size of the study,improve and perfect metabolism detection technology and combine with other systems biology research methods to study the same syndrome on multi-direction and multi-angle,in order to reflect the essence of TCM syndromes more comprehensively and more objectively.Conclusion:Metabonomics has a vast potential for future application in the research of TCM syndromes.关键词
