摘要

Abstract

The sensing signal of surface acoustic wave (SAW) temperature sensor is the response to wireless radio frequency excitation,which is transient and attenuate.When the resonant frequency of the sensor is equal to the frequency of excitation signal,the power of sensing signal is the strongest.According to the signal characteristics of SAW temperature sensor,a signal detecting method to scan frequency in a frequency range is proposed,and the hardware and software design of reader is also implemented.The reader has good properties and has been applied in actual projects.
