摘要

Abstract

Olivine-type lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)was prepared via sol-gel method,bromide ion was doped to improve electrochemical performance of the materiaL.Crystal structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples were investigated by XRD,SEM and charge-discharge tests.The crystal structure and morphology of product LiFe (PO4)2.99/3 Br0.01/C which doped bromide ion had not significant change.It had the discharge voltage flat of 3.45 V,when cycled in 2.2 ~ 4.3 V,the highest specific discharge capacity at 0.2 C was 142.0 mAh/g.
