Hydrothermal synthesis and electrochemical performance of V2O5 nanorods
摘要
Abstract
Vanadium pentoxide(V2O5)nanorods were synthesized through a simple hydrothermal route,without using any catalysts and templates.The obtained samples were analyzed by XRD,field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and charge-discharge tests.The length of the highly crystalline V2O5 nanorods was up to several micrometers,while the width and thickness were about 50 nm and 20 ~30 nm,respectively.When charged-discharged in 1.50 ~3.75 V with the current of 1.00 A/g,the specific capacity of prepared V2O5 nanorods could be stable around 140 mAh/g.关键词
