摘要

Abstract

Quasi-ternary material precursor Ni1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3 (OH) 2 was coated on the surface of LiNi0.8 Co0.15 Al0.05 (OH) 2 spherical by a co-precipitation method using NiSO4 · 6H2 O,CoSO4 · 7 H2O,MnSO4 · H2 O,NH3 · H2 O and NaOH as raw materials.Composite layered material Li[(Ni0.8 Co0.15 Al0.05)0.97 (Ni1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3)0.03] O2 was synthesized by sintering at 750 ℃ in oxygen atmosphere after matching lithium.The composite layered material had a core-shell structure,the thickness of the coated shell layer was about 1 μm.When the composite layered material was charged-discharged in 2.8 ~ 4.3 V,its 0.1 C initial speckfic discharge capacity was 188.2 mAh/g,the capacity retention after 100 cycles with (θ).2 C was 96.2%,when cycled with 0.2 C at 55 ℃ for 100 times,its specific discharge capacity kept at 163.2 mAh/g.
