Abstract
Objective To solve the problem that the person with ultra-low rectal cancer can't reserve anal,and provide technical support for ultra-low rectal cancer.Methods From March 2006 to October 2011,51cases with ultra-low rectal cancer carried out pull-through transaction and anastomosis operation.Results 51 cases were all successfully completed reserving anal operation.Five cases occured postoperative complications,of whom anastomotic leakage 2 cases,the rates were 3.9 ％ ; anastomotic stenosis 2 cases,the rates were 3.9％ ; 1 case with infection of incisional wound,the rate was 2％,no death during operative stage.Compared with Dixon operation,there was no statistics defference in the suivival rates and complications between the two groups(P ＞0.05).Conclusion The technique of pull-through transaction and anastomosis for ultra-low rectal cancer using double stapling is safe and feasible.关键词
