切开挂线联合改良造袋术治疗马蹄形肛瘘效果评价OACSTPCD
Cutting seton with modified marsupialization treatment for horseshoe fistula
目的 评价切开挂线联合改良造袋术治疗马蹄形肛瘘的效果.方法 回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2009年6月马蹄形肛瘘手术并获得随访103例患者的临床资料,对其治愈及失禁进行分析.结果 103例肛瘘手术患者,随访36～42个月,治愈98例(95.1％),失禁6例(5.8％).结论 切开挂线治疗马蹄形肛瘘是目前安全、有效的治疗方式,效果满意.
Objective This study was undertaken to assess results of cutting seton with modified marsupialization for horseshoe fistula.Methods We reviewed the records of 107 patients who underwent surgery for horseshoe fistula between 2009 Jan.and 2009 jun.Follow-up with 103 patients (96.3 percent) responding.Data collection included demographics,duration of the disease,and of the treatment,outcome,and incontinence.Results Follow-up 36～42 months,95.1％ patients had comp…查看全部>>
