Abstract
Objective This study was undertaken to assess results of cutting seton with modified marsupialization for horseshoe fistula.Methods We reviewed the records of 107 patients who underwent surgery for horseshoe fistula between 2009 Jan.and 2009 jun.Follow-up with 103 patients (96.3 percent) responding.Data collection included demographics,duration of the disease,and of the treatment,outcome,and incontinence.Results Follow-up 36～42 months,95.1％ patients had complete healing; 5.8％ incontinence was found.Conclusion Cutting seton with modified marsupialization treatment for horseshoe fistula proved to be safe,successful.关键词
