摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect and the postoperative complications of extra-removing and intra-ligation with suturing the incision plus injection xiaozhiye treating mixed hemorrhoids.Methods All of the 72 eases suffering from mixed hemorrhoids have been cured the extra-removing and intra-ligation with suturing the incision plus injection xiaozhiye,and had postoperative management of anti-inflammation and changing the dressing on wound.Results All patients were cured.The average wound-healing time was 10.72±2.43 days.The postoperative patients had smooth anal verge skin,little postoperative pain and bleeding.There were no sequelae of anus stricture,fecal incontinence,relapse,etc.during 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion Extra-stripping and intra-ligation with suturing the incision plus injection xiaozhiye is an effective method for the treating mixed hemorrhoids,which is accurate in shorten-term effect.It reduced postoperative complications,and shorten the wound-healing time.The postoperative patients had smooth anal verge skin.So it has the valuable in microsurgical clinical application.关键词
