摘要
Abstract
Objective To explored the applied effect of fast track surgery for nursing care of patients with hemorrhoids milligant-morgant hemorrhoidectomy perioperative period.Methods A total of 60 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each.The control group patients received the traditional nursing methods,while the observation group patients received fast track surgery nursing including full well perioperative period nursing.The incidence of complications,recovery time and satisfaction were compared between both groups,and the effectiveness was evaluated.Results The recovery time and incidence of complications of observation group patients were significantly lower than that of control group(P ＜0.05),and the satisfaction degree were significantly higher than the control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The fast track surgery nursing applied for the patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid encircles surgery time can accelerate patients recovery and reduce postoperative complications,increase patients satisfaction,and improve quality of life of the patients.关键词
