Abstract
To study the influence of humidity on combusition performance of combustible cartridge case(CCC), weighing method was used to get the hygroscopic properties of filtered molded CCC. Samples saturated in different humidity were tested by closed-bomb test. The rules of influence of humidity on closed-bomb combustion performance of CCC were analyzed and concluded by the test. The results show that CCC has great hygroscopicity and high absorption rate. The higher the relative humidity is, the greater the equilibrium moisture content of cylinder wall is. The combustion end time increases, and burning rate, the maximum pressure and impetus decrease, and the covolume increases obviously with the increase of relative humidity. Humidity is one of the important factors affecting combustion performance of CCC,and keeping storage environment humidity is a way to improve the interior ballistic stability of CCC.关键词
