添加氟化碳的二氧化锰正极制备工艺

Abstract
carbon fluoride (CFx) was added into the manganese dioxide to improve specific capacity.The structure of CFx was characterized by XRD and FTIR,and SEM was used to investigate the morphology of various samples.Constant current discharge was employed to study the electrochemical performance of different cathodes prepared with different processes.The discharge results show that the specific capacity is enhanced from 220 mAh/g of MnO2 to 284 mAh/g of MnO2/CFx3,which increased about 29%.The results also show that there are obvious differences among these three preparation processes,and the specific capacity of the cathode under optimal process can increase 13% at most.关键词
